Description

The Fruit Moth changed forever when I started making bucket hats back in the summer of 2021. I had tried to use other patterns for bucket hats to make for myself and never found the right one - that was reversible and that I could make a bigger size. No one wants hat hair, or to get sweaty in the sun do they?!

So The Fruit Moth bucket hats were born, fully reversible and made from vintage fabrics - or in the case of this beauty - vintage deadstock tea towels!

You can wear them as a classic bucket hat (I am from Manchester, after all) or you can turn up the front for the cutest sun hat look. 

This beauty is made from two vintage tea towels one from Warwick Castle and one from Chichester, and she's one size fitting up to a 24" head.
