Float through the day in this one-of-a-kind beauty, lovingly crafted from a genuine 1970s floral duvet. Featuring sweeping angel sleeves for an effortlessly romantic silhouette, a fully lined bodice for comfort, and meticulous French seams for heirloom-worthy quality. The earthy blush and chocolate tones give it a nostalgic, woodland-fairytale feel, and she features a generous pleated skirt.

Elma isn’t just a dress – she’s a wearable story, stitched from vintage fabric that has lived a life before you. One-of-a-kind, sustainable, and made to be treasured.

Elma will fit up to a UK size 14 or smaller busted 16, but please do check the measurements before you order. The best way to do this is to measure your favourite item of clothing from the arm pit to the arm pit lay flat and compare to these measurements.

UK SHIPPING

Standard shipping is £4 or free with all orders over £100, and takes around 2-5 working days from shipping. I send with a tracked 48 service for so will provide tracking information for every order. Please check the product page, as if your item is made to order there will be information on how long your item will take to be made.

EUROPE

Shipping Europe is currently suspended.

REST OF WORLD

International shipping costs £18, and is sent using Royal Mail International Tracked with a delivery aim of 5-10 working daysPlease be aware that any taxes or tariffs are the customers responsibility for any orders outside of the UK.


RETURNS

I hope you love your order from The Fruit Moth, but in the event that you are not happy with your product please let me know within 14 days of receiving your product, and you can return it in the same condition that it was received in within 14 days of contacting me. Postage costs for returns must be covered by you, and The Fruit Moth cannot be held liable for any returns that are lost in the post - so I recommend using a tracked service to be safe.

Sustainability

Winner of the Sustainability Award for Women Making an Impact at the Inspiring Women Awards, The Fruit Moth's founder Nicole Broad is committed to keeping her brand a true sustainable pillar in the fashion industry.

A monthly donation is made to Ecologi HQ to offset carbon use in the business and plant trees for the future. Also, for any order placed on this website another tree is planted!

Any offcuts not used in the business are donated to local primary schools for craft projects, as well as collaborating with charities to create pieces for them to auction. 

All stationery and packaging are 100% recyclable or biodegradable.

Using only vintage and deadstock fabrics, The Fruit Moth designs are created to last a lifetime. Using traditional techniques like French Seams to ensure her designs can be washed and worn and loved for as long as possible.
