Matilda is a beautiful smock midi dress with angel sleeves. With a gorgeous pink & purple colour palette, she is made from two 1970s bedsheet so is lovely and soft on the skin.
She has beautiful angel sleeves and an extra frill panel to the bottom skirt giving her even more movement - perfect for swirling!
She is French seamed throughout, meaning no scratchy overlocked seams giving her the perfect comfort factor. This method of sewing also means she is designed to last a lifetime.
There is just one Matilda dress, so she is truly unique. There is a matching scrunchie or bucket hat available too, for the perfect outfit this Spring / Summer.
She does have a small mark to the body which hasn’t washed out, but the pattern was too fab to not use this fabric!

I recommend spot cleaning your dress for longevity rather than washing every time she is worn, however Matilda is safe to be washed at 30° and hung to dry naturally.
Here she is modelled on Gigi, who is a UK size 10/12 and 5 ft 7.

Returns Policy
I hope you love your order from The Fruit Moth, but in the event that you are not happy with your product you can return it in the same condition that it was received in within 14 days of receiving your order. Postage costs for returns must be covered by you, and The Fruit Moth cannot be held liable for any returns that are lost in the post - so I recommend using a tracked service to be safe.In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please email through photos of the damage for me to contact my courier to begin an investigation. In this instance, returns shipping costs will of course be covered by myself, as per distance selling regulations.

Standard UK shipping is free with all orders over £50, and takes up to 7 working days.
